Technical Project Manager

About the role

Be the client's calm point of contact and the team's shield — deliver 120+ project-grade results without heroics. You'll join a 45-person team of engineers, designers and PMs delivering websites, mobile apps, SaaS products and business systems for clients across Egypt and the MENA region.

What you'll do

  • Own project plans, scope and client communication

  • Run sprint ceremonies and keep boards honest

  • Manage risks, dependencies and escalations early

  • Report weekly status with zero surprises

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years managing software delivery teams

  • Technical enough to challenge estimates constructively

  • Fluent English and Arabic communication

  • PMP/PSM or equivalent is a plus
