  • EGP 45,000 – 65,000 / month
About the role

Own the front-end of client products and our SaaS platforms — from design hand-off to production performance. You'll join a 45-person team of engineers, designers and PMs delivering websites, mobile apps, SaaS products and business systems for clients across Egypt and the MENA region.

What you'll do

  • Build fast, accessible interfaces in React and Next.js for client products

  • Own component libraries and design-system implementation

  • Profile and fix performance bottlenecks (Core Web Vitals)

  • Mentor mid-level engineers through code review and pairing

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years front-end experience with React in production

  • Deep TypeScript and modern CSS knowledge

  • Experience with SSR/SSG (Next.js) and performance tuning

  • Portfolio showing real products you shipped

What we offer

  • Private medical insurance for you and your family

  • Hybrid work — 3 days in Smart Village, 2 from home

  • Annual learning budget of EGP 12,000 + conference days

  • Latest hardware and the tools you ask for

  • A real product roadmap — no bench time, no body-shopping
