The challenge
Delta Medic ran 12 clinics on a mix of paper diaries, Google Sheets and three disconnected tools. Patient records weren't centralized and no-show rates were climbing.
What we built
We extended our MatterDesk platform into a multi-tenant clinic suite: bilingual patient records, SMS/WhatsApp reminders, doctor scheduling, and per-clinic billing with insurance claim export. Arabic-first UX for reception staff.
